Tri Forged Studios

3D Printing - Casting - Mold Making - Production

Builders of all things cool.

Tri Forged Studios is a custom fabrication studio specializing in props, replicas, displays, and experiential builds for brands, agencies, and events.

We take ideas from concept to reality using a mix of 3D printing, molding and casting, fabrication, and hand finishing, creating pieces that are built to look great, hold up, and perform in real-world environments.

Where It Started

Tri Forged didn’t start as a business. It started as a need to create.

In 2017, while working with a marketing agency, a major build fell through just days before a show. With only 5 days to deliver, we stepped in and built 25 custom cabinets for Toronto Fan Expo.

That moment set the tone for everything that followed.

Say yes. Figure it out. Deliver.

What began as a one-off opportunity quickly grew into a studio built on trust, reliability, and the ability to execute under pressure.

What We Do

We work across a wide range of projects, including:

  • Custom props and replicas

  • Trophies and awards

  • Experiential builds and brand activations

  • Retail and display pieces

Every project is approached with the same mindset: make it look great, make it durable, and make it work.

How We Work

Our builds are rarely one-material solutions.

We combine techniques and materials to get the best possible result, whether that means 3D printing a master, molding and casting for production, or fabricating structural elements for strength and longevity.

We pride ourselves on:

  • Reliability and clear communication

  • Fast problem solving and adaptability

  • Speed under pressure without sacrificing quality

  • Creative, outside-of-the-box thinking

  • Genuine care for every single project

The Team

Tri Forged Studios was founded by Mike, who leads creative direction and fabrication.

As the company grew, he partnered with Andrew, now co-owner, who leads sales and supports fabrication. Together, they have built a team of skilled makers, combining creative vision with strong execution.

Mike also teaches prop making and product knowledge at Sheridan College, bringing industry experience into both the classroom and the shop.

More Than Client Work

While we spend a lot of time building for others, Tri Forged Studios is also driven by internal creativity.

Our online store is where we explore that side. It is a space for passion projects, small batch releases, and ideas we want to bring to life on our own terms.

Let’s Build Something

If you have a project in mind, we’d love to hear about it.
