We were commissioned to create miniature robot figurines for dBrand’s launch of the “Touch Grass” skins for phones, laptops, and other devices. The concept centered on playful robots posed like humans going outside, tying into the campaign theme.
Our process began with concept drawings that established the final designs. Once approved, we developed 3D models of the figurines and produced them using SLA resin printing. Each piece was carefully finished and painted with a range of techniques to bring out detail and personality.
To achieve specific effects, we used clear UV resin for both structural supports and to create glowing screen elements. The completed figurines were then staged and photographed alongside the new product line.
