We were commissioned by PUBG Studios to create 6 high-quality, wearable Spetsnaz Level 3 helmets for their new office space.
The project began with a custom 3D model, which we 3D printed and finished to a smooth surface. From this master, we created a silicone mold and hand-cast each component using impact-resistant resin. Every cast was carefully cleaned, sanded, primed, and painted with 2K flat black automotive paint, then sealed with a matte clear coat for durability.
To enhance realism, we incorporated functional details such as real metal bolts and washers. The visors were resin printed for precision and attached with authentic metal hardware, allowing them to flip up just like in the game. Inside, memory foam padding ensured comfort, while adjustable chin straps completed the wearable functionality.
The helmets were intentionally left blank to allow local artists to customize each piece with original artwork, turning them into both functional props and unique art canvases.
