We were commissioned by Smart Screen, a gutter and eavestrough protection company, to build 10 portable display units showcasing how their product functions on a roof.

The units were constructed primarily from 4.5 mm black ABS plastic sheets. Each component was CNC cut to size and bent using an acrylic plastic heat machine, which allowed for clean, uniform bends with predictable angles.

To demonstrate Smart Screen in a realistic context, each display incorporated a section of gutter and roofing shingles. A translucent pamphlet holder was mounted on the back of every unit so that product literature could be easily stored and accessed.

The result was a set of lightweight, portable, and professional demonstration units that clearly showcased the Smart Screen system in action.
