This piece was a custom commission for the owner of The Complete 90 — a 3-foot cutout of his studio’s logo to display in his space.
Back before we had CNC machines in-house, this kind of work was all done by hand. The logo was carefully cut from MDF using traditional tools, with a strong focus on accuracy and clean edges despite the scale. Once assembled, the piece was fully sealed with polyurethane to prep the surface for painting and add durability.
To finish it off, we used a silver aluminum spray paint to give the piece a soft, metallic sheen — just enough to catch light without being overly reflective. The result was a bold, clean display piece that added some personality to the studio space.
