We had the opportunity to work with PTNR to create custom French fry props for an Xbox Canada commercial.
In total, we made 150 paper French fry props, complete with custom printing. Some of the fries even included Xbox Game Pass membership codes hidden inside. Each fry was 3D modeled, unfolded into Pepakura templates, and printed on heavy yellow cardstock featuring Xbox logos and branding. We used a vinyl cutter for precision cutting, then hand-folded each one into shape.
This build took me back to my early days of working with Pepakura—it’s always fun to see how traditional paper folding still finds its place in modern prop making!
